I love everything about this song. From the beat of the drums, to the slick thumps of the base, and don't get me started on the vocals. It's great... I'ts miracles of modern csience.
[Evan:]
Let me compose the perfect opening
All right, here goes: “I think you’re smoldering”
Did I fuck that up? Did I change your mind?
Did I waste my verse on a lousy line?
I’m a part looking for a whole
And my heart’s a hungry animal
So if I whet your ample appetite
Go ahead and swipe me to the right
[Kristin:]
I saw your picture and I had to stop
Are you for real or is that photoshop?
That’s all right, I'm a doctor too
So flex your arms while I stretch the truth
[Kristin & Evan:]
I’m a part looking for a whole
And my heart’s a hungry animal
So if I whet your ample appetite
Go ahead and swipe me to the right
[Kristin:]
We could have some fun
[Evan:]
You could be the one
[Kristin:]
Let’s not jump the gun
[Kristin & Evan:]
Swipe me to the right
[Evan:]
I’ve worked my tender finger to the bone
[Kristin:]
I’ve used up all the data on my phone
[Kristin & Evan:]
Please, can we just meet?
This heart is hungry
Soon enough I gotta let it eat
Oh baby baby please, just name the street
You look so lovely
And I’m running out of battery
[Evan:]
Are you still around? Did you change your mind?
Should I move along to the next in line?

Though I have just as much nostalgia with Volume Alpha, I think this one is a little more nostalgic for me. I was primarily a creative mode player cause I sucked at survival mode for a while and I played the console versions a lot. It was not until quarantine came around that I played survival mode often. I own the CD and I pre-ordered the vinyl cause I love this album. AG319 Alt Acc

It's not often you see a debut EP so beloved that fans still get lit when they hear a song from it in concert. That's how good this is. weirdschlongbox
